Day 1: Introduction, Diving in, engaging my story character design.
Free dive; Personality types, Talents, Values & Archetypes.
Day 2: Flaws, Fears and Beliefs.
Day 3: Exploring Desires, Intentions, our Themes and Motivations.
The character transformation and unlocking of gifts. Finding the FLOW.

Duration: 3 days (+-4-5 hours per day ) can be done over 7 days or 3 weeks in the forum at your own pace.

Receive daily PDf's and videos with course work, exercises and meditations.
Courses run in group forums on Facebook and you will be invited into the group to share your "flow-work" and experiences in a group vortex. You receive feedback and insights and offer reflection, feedback, and insight to others.
